- In the case of a completion, complete house / apartment renovation – 36 months
- Masonry work – 24 months
- Cold cover (tiles, floor tiles) – 24 months (in case our company performs the soil comparison)
- Warm cover (laminate floor, parquet) – 12 months (in case our company performs the soil comparison)
- Plasterboard (suspended floor, intermediate wall) – 24 months
- Painting – 24 months (in case our company does the smoothing)
For the ordered services after the completed work we give you a written guarantee.
In the following cases we are unable to provide a guarantee
- Damage due to improper use
- Damage due to extreme weather conditions
- Damage caused by xenophobia
